Grain Rain 2023

源自古人“雨生百谷”之说，每年4月19日～21日，太阳到达黄经30°时即为“谷雨”，正所谓“清明断雪，谷雨断霜”。谷雨节气的到来，意味着寒潮天气基本结束，气温回升加快，有利于谷类农作物的生长。

谷雨的英文名为“Grain Rain”，其中grain有谷物、粮食之意，rain为雨水，此外谷雨也称为“第六节气”，英文名为“6th solar term”，6th 即sixth，译为第六。solar term是固定词组，译为节气，偶尔也有人把节气翻译为“solar period”，因为period和term都有时期之意。

01采茶 PICKING

南方在谷雨时节有摘茶的习俗，在谷雨时节新采的春茶富含营养物质，具有清热、明目的功效。谷雨这天，不管天气如何，人们都会到茶山采摘一些新茶回来喝。
