During “Cold Dew” period, the most obvious climate feature is “dry”. When it’s dry, sweat often evaporate very quickly and people can feel skin stretched, wrinkle increased, being thirsty, and often cough. Eating sesame, nut, tremella, radish, tomato, lotus root, milk and lily can help nourishing Yin Qi and moistening dryness. It’s also very good to eat some fruits such as snow pear, banana, Hami melon, apple and grape.
在“寒露”时节,最为明显的气候特征就是“干”。当天气干燥的时候,汗液蒸发速度更快,人们容易感觉到皮肤紧绷,皮肤干燥起皮,口舌干燥,容易咳嗽。多吃芝麻,坚果,银耳,小萝卜,西红柿,莲子,牛奶和百合都可以补充阳气,补湿去燥。适当的吃一些雪梨、香蕉、哈密瓜、苹果和葡萄这样的水果也是非常好的。
